Integrated Vineyard Establishment
When Upper Stone Vineyard was created in the heart of Kent, Heathcote Holdings brought together the expertise of multiple specialist businesses across the Group to deliver a complete vineyard establishment package.

By coordinating specialist services under one Group, the vineyard owner benefited from a streamlined programme, efficient delivery and a single point of contact throughout the project.
The Challenge
The site comprised approximately 7.5 acres of grassland that required transforming into a productive vineyard suitable for vine planting.
Successful establishment relied on careful planning, extensive soil preparation and the coordination of several specialist operations to create the optimum growing environment for the vines while keeping the project programme on schedule.
