How it works
Collection & Processing
Specialist containers are provided for loading before plasterboard waste arrived at our bespoke facility, where it is carefully broken down and sorted.
Material Separation
Metals are removed, leaving gypsum powder and paper.
Gypsum Recycling
The recovered gypsum powder is supplied directly to plasterboard manufacturers to enable it to be repurposed into new plasterboard.
Paper Repurposing
The removed paper is carefully sorted, and this enables it to be reused as recycled paper, further closing the loop on recycling.
